Process for Interior House Painting

Set Up
Items are placed in the center of the room and covered with clean, new plastic sheeting. All floors are protected with drop cloths, hardwood flooring is protected with construction paper and drop cloths.
Prepare
Based on your estimate details, all holes and cracks in ceilings, walls, and trim are filled; stains are sealed, all walls and surfaces will receive a light sanding. If you home needs drywall repairs we can handle that too!
Paint
Repaired areas are primed, and premium quality paint is applied to a uniform finish.
Clean Up
Furniture and accessories are moved back to their desired locations. Floors and carpets are vacuumed and swept. All of our materials are removed. We leave you with the leftover paint for touch-ups!
Inspect
After our own inspection, you are invited to inspect our work and asked to complete our client feedback card for the crew.

Process for Exterior House Paiting

Clean
As per your proposal details, areas are either pressure wash to remove dirt and mildew.
Surface Preparation
Based on your proposal details, all loose paint is scraped away and all surfaces are scuff sanded as needed. All gaps and holes are caulked to prevent water intrusion.
Paint
Repaired areas are primed, and premium quality paint is applied to a uniform finish.
Clean Up
Cleanup is done daily, as well as at the completion of our work. Paint chips are removed and all our materials are packed up and stored away neatly. We leave you the left over paint for touch ups!
Inspect
After our own inspection, you are invited to inspect our work and asked to complete our client feedback card for the crew.
